For continuing further development of its research and to establish and maintain an internationally leading position, the AESKU.KIPP INSTITUTE requires a structure enabling unbureaucratic work.

A slim and flexible organization will be the basis of frictionless and efficient cooperation with research institutions, companies and other organizations.

The management of the AESKU.KIPP INSTITUTE will be composed of the two-people AIRA board and the AIRA management.

Coordinators will be in charge of the timely and consequent development of the interdisciplinary research coordination projects.

The institute offers its cooperation partners a spatial and technological basis for joint research projects and also organizational and financial support.
