Intended Use:
AESKUSLIDES ANCA is an indirect immunofluorescence assay to detect anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies (ANCA) in human serum. The assay is a tool for the differential diagnosis of ANCA-associated vasculitides (AAV) such as granulomatosis with polyangiitis, microscopic polyangiitis and Churg-Strauss syndrom.
