Great events cast their shadows before! The AESKU.DIAGNOSTICS team is already looking forward to the next “International Congress of Autoimmunity” taking place in September 2008 in Porto, Portugal.
Thanks to it´s founder Yehuda Shoenfeld and dedicated organizational committees the congress has become established as one of the major meetings in the field of immunology and without any question as the most important event in autoimmunity.
In 2008 time the lectures and discussions during the 6th International Congress will cover every aspect of basic research attempting to clarify etiology or pathogenesis, and will also bring forth the latest innovations in biological and other modes of treatment.
AESKU.DIAGNOSTICS’ “AESKU.AWARD for life contribution to autoimmunity” will be already awarded for the third time in Porto. As in the previous Congress, where three of the leaders in the field of autoimmunity (Irun Cohen, Graham Hughes, and Joachim Kalden) were awarded with the AESKU.AWARD – so, similarly, three other eminent scientists will receive this unique prize, and be acknowledged as path finders.
The AESKU.AWARD is one of the highest endowed scientific awards in medicine, and it is also represents a unique honor in the field of autoimmune research.
